These terms apply when you use this website or buy from Vooka. In Malaysia, “Vooka” means Vooka International Group (M) Sdn Bhd (Reg. 958448-K / 201101030313). In Singapore, it means Vooka International Group Pte. Ltd. (Reg. 201532668Z). By using this website or placing an order, you accept these terms.
1. Using this website
You may use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not misuse it, for example by copying its content in bulk, sending spam, uploading malicious code or trying to gain unauthorised access. We may suspend access for anyone who breaks these terms.
2. Product information
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours and textures may look different on your screen, and dimensions may vary slightly. Products, sizes and models may differ between Malaysia and Singapore, and availability can change without notice. The best way to judge a mattress is to try it in one of our showrooms.
3. Prices
Prices on this website are shown in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) for Malaysia and Singapore dollars (SGD) for Singapore, based on the country we detect for your visit. Website prices are a guide. The price that applies is the one on your written quotation or order form. We may change prices at any time, but a change does not affect an order we have already confirmed. If a price on the website is clearly wrong, we may correct it before we confirm your order.
4. Orders and payment
Orders are placed with our team in a showroom, by phone or by message, not through a checkout on this website. An order becomes binding when we confirm it in writing. We may decline an order, for example if a product is unavailable or a delivery address is outside our service area. Payment methods, deposits and instalment options are set out on your order form.
5. Delivery, trial and returns
Delivery is covered by our Shipping & Delivery Policy. The 100-night trial, cancellations and refunds are covered by our Return & Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.
6. Warranty
Each product comes with the warranty stated on its warranty card or order form. The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal household use. It does not cover normal wear, stains, misuse, damage from an unsuitable bed base, or changes in comfort preference.
7. Promotions
Each promotion has its own terms and end date. Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined, exchanged for cash or applied to past orders.
8. Intellectual property
The Vooka name, logo, product names, photos, videos and text on this website belong to Vooka or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.
9. Links to other websites
Links to other websites are for your convenience. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
10. Limitation of liability
This website is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 (Malaysia) or the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act 2003 (Singapore), or any other right the law does not allow us to exclude.

How we handle your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms. The version on this page on the day you place an order applies to that order. If a clause is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. Orders with our Malaysian company are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and orders with our Singapore company by the laws of Singapore.
